After earning his degree from the University of Oklahoma, John has been practicing medicine for nearly a decade. He is certified in Hormone Optimization Therapy and functional medicine, and is known by many patients for his thorough, personalized approach to care.
Formerly one of the lead medical providers at a highly reviewed specialty clinic in Oklahoma, John draws on a background in primary care and advanced wellness strategies. His approach aims to help patients better understand their health and explore options that may support improved energy, balance, and quality of life.
Melissa Howe

Melissa Howe graduated from Old Dominion University with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science and Nursing from Oral Roberts University in 2017. She worked as an RN for over 6 years including the Cardiac ICU for 4 years before transitioning to her role as a Nurse Practitioner. She focuses her practice on primary care and hormone health, with a passion for helping patients pursue wellness.
Rebecca LaValley
Registered Nurse Injector, Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Specialist
Rebecca LaValley is a Registered Nurse Injector, Medical Aesthetician, and Certified Laser Technician with over 8 years of experience in the aesthetic field. She specializes in advanced laser services, result-focused facial treatments, and facial balancing using cosmetic injectables.
Rebecca holds certifications from Clary Sage College (Tulsa, OK), National Laser Institute (Dallas, TX), and earned her nursing credentials from Oklahoma State University – Institute of Technology. Her combination of training in nursing, aesthetics, and laser technologies allows her to address skin concerns from multiple angles with a comprehensive care approach.
Recognized as Oklahoma’s first SkinPen Microneedling Ambassador and a 2023 Sciton Luminary Team Trainer, Rebecca remains committed to continued education and sharing knowledge with others. She was also named a finalist for Tulsa’s Best Esthetician by Tulsa World in 2023.
Rebecca takes pride in offering personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Whether combining multiple services into a single session or crafting long-term skincare strategies, her goal is to help clients feel informed, confident, and supported in their aesthetic journey.
Lindsey Caple
Registered Nurse Injector
Lindsey is a nurse injector with over eight years of experience in medical aesthetics. Originally from Oklahoma, she has practiced in Oklahoma, Texas, and Southern California, giving her a broad perspective on patient care across diverse markets.
Lindsey focuses on non-surgical cosmetic procedures and has trained with several leading injectors from around the country. She is certified in and passionate about Sciton lasers, using them in treatments such as skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other aesthetic services.
With each client, Lindsey takes time to understand their unique concerns and goals. She creates personalized treatment plans that aim to enhance natural beauty while supporting improved confidence and comfort.
Known for her compassionate and thorough approach, Lindsey is dedicated to maintaining high standards of care and staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field.
